I have different brands; do I have to box them separately?No, they can be packaged together, just have them clearly labelled as separate.

How do I get paid?Once your package arrives we will check through all the items and remove any items we don't accept. We will then weigh the remaining items and then deposit money to you via PAYPAL or BACS.

How much is shipping?£3.00 Standard UK shipping. Free Standard UK shipping for orders over £25. Collection is also available if you are local, just select it at checkout. We are open for collection between 09.00 and 18.00 Monday - Friday, please email us at info@myecocloset.co.uk to arrange a date and time once an order is placed.

I don’t have anything to package the clothes in?You can reuse any delivery bags you have received parcels in, or a bin bag as long as it is secured well with tape. Alternatively you can purchase a large postage bag from us for £3.50 and we will send it to you free of charge.

What brands do you accept?All brands except fakes or replicas, and nothing personalised.

Do you return any clothes you don’t accept?No sorry but we do donate them to charity or places that recycle textiles. Please ensure you check all your items before sending them to us, and you can always contact us to check.

How do you categorise your items?We check the sizing on the label and group the sizes in the smaller catergory, for example a size 7 would be in the age range 6-7. First size and up to one month are in the New Born category. Ages 11-12 and 12-13 are grouped in the 11-13 category. All sizing has been measured and produced by the independant retailers and may not be the same across different brands.

How long will it take for my clothes to arrive?We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) by Royal Mail Second Class, or standard delivery by a courier.
